Water well work is being finished. There will be a tank in the garage that will maintain pressure, especially for the irrigation system. The well is just deeper than 300′, and supposedly has “good water”. We shall see!
Got the final engineering drawings on the septic system, which will be on the other side of the house, so that work should commence very shortly.
