Today we met with our builder and his Mom (for real) to talk about last minute details before finalizing the plan. His Mom has helped in the past in picking out finishes, surfaces, colors, etc. John, the builder, (Evergreen Builders) told us that we would be meeting with Baldo (the onsite manager) to “red line” our drawings – marking things we’d like changed from the ‘final’ drawings.
