The Site Survey is that part of the house plans which shows where the house will actually sit on the property. It needs to be 50 feet from the edge of the roadway, and, depending on which street it’s on, it needs to face the street. If it’s on a corner, there’s more leeway. The Developer signs and stamps our copy, and keeps a signed stamped copy for himself.
