The Heating/Ventilation will be gas furnace – I love the toasty warmth of gas heat on those few days it gets cold enough in Texas to turn on the furnace. The house will be very well insulated, so we probably won’t need heat very often. I think it’s great that we get GAS from the city, even though we’re outside the city limits. Fireplace will be gas logs, too, as well as the stove/cooktop! I’ll even have a natural gas grill, so we won’t have to mess with bottles of propane!
