And, so it begins. We have our very first utility bill at the new house. The Heat / A/C will be gas, the tankless water heater will be gas, and the house will be energy efficient, so this should not be too terribly bad. We’re “Lot 5”, so that meter on the right goes to our house, but the transformer is in our neighbor’s front yard. All utilities will be underground, and, so far, none of the infrastructure is in our yard.
